BASSETERRE, St. Kitts - YARDTUNE PRODUCTIONS, Chippie, Zenith Promotions of the US, Equator Records and Sparkling Entertainment will join forces in an attempt to make an upcoming event one of the biggest promotions ever in the Federation.
That event, dubbed Teen Bubble Concert, will be held on Friday, July 25 at Carnival Village, where Yardtune will be launching its latest blazing ‘riddim’, Extasy.
The concert will also feature Jamaican artist Christopher Martin, who is popularly known for his hit tune ‘Take my Love’.
In an interview with SKNVibes, some of the organisers said that they decided to collaborate in an effort to determine the musical future of national artistes.
“There is a lot of emphasis right now on youth and crime and delinquent behaviour; and, as such, we young producers have taken it upon ourselves to do something positive,” the producers said.
The night will also feature a number of national artistes including Best A Dem Crew, Rico, ITYC, Kandi, C-money, Simburgers, CJ and Sudiepop among others, who will all be promoting positivity and peace.
Following the concert, an after party will be held at Club Kactus with Disc Jockeys TNO, Chalice, Outlaw, Best A Dem, Evolution and Young Warrior out of New York City.
Rajiv ‘DJ Rinch’ Hamilton of Yardtune said he would be encouraging all teenagers to go out to “this teen explosion which is also a youth rally”.
