(Charlestown; Nevis): Newly appointed General Manager of the Trinity Broadcasting Network (TBN), Andre Gilbert has chosen not to respond negatively to recent attacks on his character by his father, Arthur Gilbert.

"I think that those matters should be determined in the court. I am not going to respond to what he has said," said Gilbert. "Those allegations should be taken to court to determine the facts of what should have been said."

He continued: "I do not think it is a good idea to air dirty laundry in the public and despite what my father is doing, the lies and actions that he is taking, I still love my father.  I am still praying for him, my family is praying for him and I hope that he will get through what he is going through."

These were Gilbert's comments after being contacted by SKNVibes.com with respect to article entitled 'Former TBN GM Claims Family Conspired to Overthrow Him'.

Gilbert recapped times shared with his father with nostalgia and said that his calm stance originated from his belief that he is a part of a divine design regardless of the recent attack on his character.

"My father used to take us all when he did work at the TBN transmitter there.  All my life I have been around my father, TBN and the work we do,' he said.  "The picture I sent was taken during a time of really good memories."

"Even now despite the negative things that people say, including some persons in my family; no one can make me forget those memories, or steal my joy, or happiness, or the love I have for the persons in my life, or the love I have for life," he said.

Gilbert continued by saying he is very appreciative of everything he has and considers everything good or bad to be a blessing.

"I share that view because I believe in divine design and purpose for all.  I love him no matter what he does to me and I will only show him love no matter what road he decides to take," he said.
