Diego Martin MP Ken Valley Endorses Incoming Dr. Amery Brown

(Port-of-Spain, Trinidad) --- Current Diego Martin Central MP Mr. Ken Valley has public endorsed prospective candidate Dr. Amery Browne.
While the remarks come on the heals of a very public battle with Prime Minister Patrick Manning who he has cited as having ‘dictatorial tendencies’ in an effort to prevent voters from giving the party executive presidency, Mr. Valley is quoted as saying,
“The fight has nothing to do with Diego Martin Central. Diego Martin Central has a legacy… the baton has been passed on to young Dr. Browne to carry that legacy. I will do whatever his campaign team asks me to do.”
The outgoing Trade and Industry Minister, Valley has had an ongoing battle with the PNM since being rejected for the candidacy by the PNM Screening Committee in favor of Dr. Amery Browne.
~~Adz:Right~~ After a meeting between the two at the PNM Diego Martin Central Constituency office in Petit Valley yesterday Dr. Amery Browne responded to questions by reporters citing the meeting as ‘fruitful’.
Browne is quoted as saying, “It was an open and honest exchange. Mr. Valley was very open and honest with me and the same here. We came into this with the best intentions and you can see the outcome.
Well known HIV/AIDS specialist Dr. Amery Browne is originally from Blue Basin and he presently holds the position of Technical Director at the Secretariat of the National HIV/AIDS Coordinating Committee.
