For some reason I try so hard to convince myself that this isn't real, just hoping it’s all a bad dream. But I guess reality has stricken me and I have to accept the fact that you're gone... I fought to keep the tears but whenever I lay on my bed asking the lord to bless all my friends; I realize you're no longer here and I start crying. What I realize is that I’ve lost the one person I could confide in and the one person that just knows how to get me smiling whenever I’m down. You were a one of a kind and sometimes I find it hard to believe such a great bond has been broken. Imagine everyday I still visit your hi5 page or I try calling your phone and that’s when I really breakdown in tears cause there’s no answer... I miss you more than words could explain and even though I know you won’t be able to read my words of grief it just gives me comfort to express myself… Although we had our disputes at times you'll forever occupy a special part of my heart and whenever I feel like crying I just close my eyes and remember your million dollar smile ;-( and have faith in believing that I’ll see you one day again. We extend our deepest condolences and prayers to Mr. Stedroy Amory and Ms. Carol Webster the father and mother of the deceased and to the entire Webster family and friends. On Saturday July 5th death claimed Darnell at the tender age of 18 years of age. Death is something we do not like to talk about, but at certain times in our lives it is an unavoidable subject. Today is one of those times. Since death is something that every family on earth will experience it is, therefore important that we understand what death is. What is death? It is not annihilation of the individual soul or body, nor is it a state of being placed in a deep coma where the deceased has no awareness of his surroundings. Death is none of these myths. Death is simply the separation of the spirit and the soul from the body. Darnell on Saturday July 5th did not die his body died, but his spirit and soul lives on in eternity with full consciousness of where he is at. This truth is clearly taught in two passages of Scripture in the New Testament. The first Scripture is located in the Second Epistle to the Corinthians chapter five and verse eight. In this passage of scripture Paul describes in what happens to believers when death occurs. He says they are “absent from the body and present with the Lord.” the second scripture is found in the book of James chapter two and verse twenty-six. In this passage James simply describes the state of the body after the spirit leaves. He says “the body is dead without the spirit.” Dying is simply leaving this life for either eternal life or eternal damnation. The Bible not only defines death for us, it also tells us what happen after death. In the book of Hebrews chapter nine and verse twenty-seven God’s Word says “It is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment.” After death every individual has a private judgment to determine ones eternal home. Will it be with God in heaven or with the devil in hell. Today, Darnell has already been judged. His eternal state has been settled and is irreversible. There is nothing that we can say or do in time nor in eternity that will change the outcome. His eternal state is fixed forever. Only those individuals who are physically alive can alter their eternal state, but it must be done before death. If you want to alter your eternal state then Jesus Christ, the son of God, is the only person that can help you in this endeavor. The Bible says in the Gospel of John chapter three verses sixteen and eighteen that, “ God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life. He that believeth on Jesus is not condemned; but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.” What these two verses basically mean is that those who accept Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior have eternal life and those who do not accept Jesus Christ as their personal Savior and die in that state will be eternally lost. Whatever Darnell’s state is in eternity today it cannot be changed. We who are alive today on this side of eternity are the only individuals who have the opportunity to change our state. For all those who are present today that do not know the Lord Jesus Christ as their personal Savior must make the change before God calls you into eternity. To the parents, the Webster family and friends of Darnell we shall continue to pray that God will comfort your hearts and bring you through these rather difficult days, and to all those who do not know the Lord Jesus Christ as their personal Savior should not leave this home going service without giving their life to Christ.

o lord i don't know where to start . your last birthday was spent with me. i could remember being down at port zante chatn and laughing . you fixing my ring telling me how i have it up side down. i can remember the first night i met you . you kept telling my friend how u liked me. then the four of us went over the strip i can remember u ate fries and asked me if i wanted u wore a kaky suit looking so handsomely gansta. i can remember the day the 4 of us went beach and i kept pushing u away only now i wish i had let u hold me. then we got home i washed and plait your hair . you was saying how u don't want your hair plait small and i was intent on plaiting them how i wanted . then we went to the back of your house to sit and talk and we saw a big rat pass across the yard and we started laughing LOL LOL you told me how the part behind ya'll house was where your mother slept yes all of that i remember .... when the night finished the 4 of us was driving to carry us girls home. and all day we hadn't kissed or nothing. then we kissed in the car and it was awesome . much better than what i expected. darnell i'm so sorry i ignored u. i'm so sorry i didn't give the chance to be with me. i was too caught up about preference. i tried talking to u about changing the way your life was, about working ,smoking . Just before the bullets catch him I was in newtown helping get my sister ready for prom, I spent less than 5 minutes to take her to Frigate bay beach and on my arrival back to newtown i saw so many people hanging around like something happend. I went through the alley by darnell's home where we always use to be liming and i saw blood. I asked a neighbour what was wrong and she told me darnell just got shot. I never knew that it was that serious to hear them say minutes after that he died. Carol My condolences goes out to you and the rest of the family. Adrian please dont get into any trouble. Just leave the revenge for God. He knows best. RIP Darnell you will be missed

i had just finish taking out my garbage,& was just about 2 go back into my home when i heard the gunshots ring out.it was strange 2 me because about 4 hours b4 i was just talking 2 a friend who had visit me about how peaceful the island was because no 1 was busing their guns,so when i got back into my house i called my same friend and told him i just heard gunshots in newtown,& within 20 minutes he call me back and said it was darnell.i was more shock when he said that,because a week ago we were talking about the chap at work some girls were saying how quiet he was.but they went on 2 say the quiet 1 r the dangerous 1.i said all of that 2 say what ever the circumstance behind his murder taking him out with his back is turn is( ice cold)u did not give him a chance 2 c whether you had on a mask or not,if u were a friend or foe,not even a chance 2 attempt 2 run or 2 beg 4 mercy .this young man was just 18 he had his whole life ahead of him,whatever dirt he did i hope u have justify puting his light out ,i hope when u think about the action u took 2 end his short life u can sleep at night,i will like 4 the persons who r reading this 2 open your minds and think ,life is 2 short 4 us 2 b beefing amoung our own black people we have suffered enough as a kittitian people time 2 make some money and go c the world it is a beautifull place trust me u will like it.i appeal 2 the young men in new town who will b thinking about revenge,i know it is the sweetest thing next 2 geting pussy,but not this time,not this time,please not this time.lets go back 2 the things we can do and that making money,u know how we do,THEY CANT STOP US.to the Webster family my heart goes out 2 u, we all will b praying 4 u the almighty is in control.

The loss of such a young life saddens me to the core. How many more mothers will have to morn the loss of a son? How many more potential doctors, lawyers, businessmen and good upstanding citizens does this federation have to loose before we realise that the only way we can combat this problem and bring about a meaningful change is by working together and not by passing the buck and dishing out blame. The politicians alone cannot do it, law enforcement alone cannot do it, the churches alone cannot do it, its needs the cooperation, prayers and hardwork of this entire nation to ensure that no more of our sons are robbed of their lives before they have even begun to live. My condolences to the family of this young man, you are in my thoughts and prayers.

We have one life to live here on earth, and the body we have do not belongs to us, and whatever we choose to do with our life is up to us, but we have to remember we have the father to answer to for our actions. He gave us life not man, so i see no reason for man to take his life. To me belongeth vengeance, in due time, for the of their calamity is at hand, and the things that shall come upon them make haste. For it is the day of the LORD's vengeance, and the year of recompences for the controversy of zion.But, O LORD of hosts, that judgest righteously, that triest the reins and the heart, let me see thy vengeance on them, for unto thee have i revealed my cause. For these be the days of vengeance, that all things which are writen may be fulfilled. In flaming fire taking vengeance on them that know not God, and that obey not the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ.
