The St Christopher Air and Sea Ports Authority, in accordance with the powers conferred on it in section 284 of the Merchant Shipping Act, 2002 give a notice of its intention to sell the MV Smarty, a Liberian registered ship currently docked and anchored at New Guinea.
All persons interested in obtaining further information in relation to the ship, and the terms of sale of the said MV SMARTY should contact the General Manager of the St Christopher Air and Sea Ports Authority for the attention of the Sea Port Manager, Mr Rosevelt Trotman at 465-8121.
