BASSETERRE, St. Kitts – POLICE in Basseterre are investigating a break-in and burglary at the Island Purified Water outlet, situated at the junction of Fort Thomas Road and Westbourne Ghaut.
According to reports, the incident had occurred either late last night (May 8) or early this morning.
It was also reported that the thieves had carted off a vault that contained an undisclosed sum of cash, cell phones, television sets, coolers, trolleys, microwaves and cash registers
Management had reportedly disposed of water stored in the business facility for fear of contamination by the bandits.
