Hotspurs in fight to keep series alive

FLOW 4G Cayon Rockets (L) and H.E. Garden Hotspurs
By: Staff Reporter, SKNVibes.com

BASSETERRE, St. Kitts – MEMBERS of the H.E. Garden Hotspurs are in a must win encounter when they take to the field this evening (Jun. 14) against defending champions FLOW 4G Cayon Rockets at Warner Park, in game two of the best-of-three SKNFA Playoff Championship.

They are coming off a 2-nil defeat on Sunday (Jun. 11) to the same Cayon line-up, when Javeim Blachette netted one and the other was a Spurs own goal.

The action gets underway from 8:00 p.m. and a packed Warner Park is expected as fans will be in support of their respective team, with Cayon looking to close out and take their second title in as many years.

Spurs, on the other hand, will be looking to send the series into a decisive third game slated for Saturday (Jun. 17).

SKNVibes sought to get a comment from both teams ahead of the game but that effort was futile.
