BASSETERRE, St. Kitts – THE Federation has recorded its 17th homicide for the year this morning (Jul. 4) with the shooting-death of a young man in Ottley’s Village.
This information was confirmed by the police but the circumstances of his death are unknown at this time.
The police have however indicated that they are currently investigating and details would be had in a forthcoming release.
