Digicel Play Apologises for Network Interruptions

    Dear Customer,

     

    Digicel Play would like to apologise for the inconsistent Internet & TV service you have experienced over the past few weeks. Your experience with us is always our top priority and we understand the importance of having access to fast, reliable connectivity.

    We would also like to assure you that we have been working to address the issue and this week completed critical hardware upgrades and doubled the capacity to access the internet. We wili  also be implementing other key enhancements in July to greatly improve the consistency of the service to you the customer.

    Thank you for your patience. We promise to consistently update you regarding these developments and our investment into Nevis.
