BASSETERRE, ST. KITTS, August 17, 2017 (PLP PR Media Inc.)  -- The second round in the 22nd edition of the annual Constituency Number Seven Dr the Hon Timothy Harris Domino League competition held on Tuesday evening August 15 saw five games played, while two were won by default.

Newcomers Giants who in the opening first round last week scared the defending champions with a 5-0 lead before they were finally overcome and humbled, travelled to Mansion where they managed to upset the seasoned and well-oiled home team Mansion Upsetters 13 - 10.

Another team that lost home advantage was Saddlers in the game played at Shanty Bar in Saddlers Village where they faced visitors Lodge. Captain Horatio Thomas of Lodge rallied his boys and at the end of the evening they led Stephen Gilbert’s home team (Saddlers) 13 - 11.

Defending champions Unity had an easy time at the Lodge Community Centre in Lodge Project when they easily beat Guinness 14 - 4; while Tabernacle playing at home at Kizzie’s Bar in Tabernacle Village were in no compromising mood as they easily blew out Unstoppable 13 - 2.

Beers who had won their first round game added their second win when they beat Sylvers at Bernette’s Bar in Hidden Alley in Lodge Village 14 - 5. Sylvers are yet to win a game having lost in the first round to Saddlers.

Two games were won by default. Parsons won at home by default when Christchurch failed to raise enough players, while Small Corner at home in Lemon Hill Lodge Village also won by default when Molineux failed to turn up.

Round three games in the 22nd edition of the annual Constituency Number Seven Dr the Hon Timothy Harris Domino League competition continue Thursday evening (August 17) at seven venues, six in Constituency Number Seven and one venue in Saddlers where the two teams from Constituency Number Six, Saddlers and Parsons will be facing each other.
