    ~~adz:Left~~(Charlestown, Nevis- Monday, Jan. 30, 2007) Plans are underway to seek a closer alliance with the United States Cruise Industry (USCI), as the Premier of Nevis, the Hon. Joseph Parry attends a cruise industry sales promotion meeting in South Florida, Feb. 6-9.

    The Premier will be part of the twin Island delegation attending this meeting. The delegation will include St.Kitts Minister of Tourism the Hon. Ricky Skerritt and the new CEO of the Port Authority, Mr. Errol Douglas.
     
    These meetings will be held with Norwegian Cruise Lines, Seaburn Cruises, Carnival Cruise Line, Royal Caribbean / Celebrity Cruises, Princess Cruises, MSC Cruises and Regent Seven Seas Cruises. ~~adz:Right~~
     
    The main agenda of this meeting will be to promote our twin Island Federation as a regular port of call for the cruise ship industry. 
     
    "It is our wish to enhance a strong relationship with the cruise ship industry in the United States so we could therefore gain the benefits of lucrative cruise calls to the Federation, "says Premier Parry.
