    The following persons were convicted at the Basseterre Magistrate Court on Monday 12th February 2007; 

    ·  Glenroy Mills of Stapleton Housing Project, who was charged with the offence of "Larceny" committed on 18th January 2007, was convicted and fined $500.00 to be paid in one (1) week or in default to serve one (1) month imprisonment with hard labour. He was also ordered to pay compensation to the sum to $545.00 E.C. or in default he will serve fourteen (14) days imprisonment with hard labour. 
     
    ·  Amoy Donovan of Cardin Avenue, who was charged with the offences of "Making use of Insulting and Abusive Language", "Disorderly Conduct", and "Obstruction" committed on 20-09-06 was convicted and cautioned, convicted and fined $500.00 to be paid in one (1) month or in default to serve one (1) month imprisonment with hard labour and convicted and cautioned respectively.
     
    · Keisha Boyles of Buckleys Estate, who was charged with the offences of "Making use of Insulting and Abusive Language", "Disorderly Conduct", and "Obstruction" committed on 20-09-06 was convicted and cautioned, convicted and fined $500.00 to be paid in one (1) month or in default to serve one (1) month imprisonment with hard labour and convicted and cautioned respectively.~~adz:Right~~   
     
    · Wingrove Liburd of Keys Extension, who was charged with the offences of "Making use of Insulting Language", committed on 25-08-06 was convicted and cautioned.
     
     
    At the Sandy Point Magistrate Court on 12th February 2006, Maluska Williams and Wayne Matthew of Lodge Village who were charged with the offence of "Attempted Murder" committed on 2nd December 2005 at Lodge Village were committed to stand trial at the May 2007 Criminal Assizes.
     
    On 12th February 2007, Raymond Pemberton of Lower Monkey Hill, Dwight James of Mad House Alley, Newtown and Michael Liburd of Neverson Street East, Newtown were all charged with the offence of "Gambling" committed on 11th February 2007 at Newtown, Basseterre.
