Miss BVITU Pageant this Weekend

    ROADTOWN Tortola BVI, February 2nd, 2012  --  The British Virgin Islands Teachers Union (BVITU) as part of its fundraising efforts for the upcoming Caribbean Union of Teachers games 2012, will be hosting the first ever Miss British Virgin Islands Teachers Pageant.

     

    Four lovely young ladies in the persons of: Miss Kimberley Thompson, Miss Indira Hayde, Miss Isis Daniel and Miss Celine Thomas will be vying for this new crown.

     

    The Show which is scheduled to take place on Saturday February 4 is expected to be an event the entire family will enjoy. The pageant will be punctuated by performances from the J.A.D dancers and the Y.D.A. singers.

     

    The Miss BVITU Pageant is slated to take place at 7:00 p.m. at the Sir Rupert Briercliffe Hall and admission is set at a modest fee of $20.00 at the door. Presold tickets are prices at $15.00 per adult, $10.00 BVITU members and $5.00 for children under the age of 12.

     

    Tickets are being sold at Bolos Department Store, J&C Trading, the BVITU Office and the contestants.
