Bronx, NY, June 4th, 2013 -- It was a fashion show with a difference, put on by The St.Kitts Graduates Soccer Club in cooperation with De Village Aristocrats on Sunday, June 02 at the Church of the Holy Nativity, Bronx NY.
A midsize audience turned out to see pieces designed by some of the fashion houses from St.Kitts. These include the world renowned Caribelle Batik, Sugar Klothing by DJ and comedian Leslie ‘Sugar Bowl’ Morton, Third House Design, Shaki Creations, I-Rep SKN, Brown Sugar, and Jarvis Couture.
The audience was also graced with a solo by charming Sherisma Liburd. The star of the show was Delbert, as he graced the cat-walk with his flair and antics. The audience was unable to keep their seat for his presentation.
The evening ended just after 10.00 pm. The only item missing from the evening performance was the Red Carpet. I am sure the organizers will not miss that item next time around.
