BASSETERRE St. Kitts, February 26th, 2014 -- The SKNFA wishes to advise the general public of the rulings from the SKNFA Disciplinary Committee on the following cases:
1. Kimron and Kevon Browne – W. C Newtown United F.C
Kimron and Kevon Browne were brought before the Disciplinary Committee for violent misconduct which occurred during the match: Winners Circle Newtown United vs. Harris Paint St. Peters. Both players violated Article 47 (i) of the Disciplinary Code “Serious Infringements”.
The repercussions are as follows:
• Kimron Browne has been suspended for an additional five (5) matches in the SKNFA Premier League. The five (5) matches will take effect from, Saturday 22nd February, 2014.
• Kevon Browne has received a six (6) match suspension in the SKNFA Premier League, effective Saturday 15th February, 2014.
2. Molineux F.C vs. C.C.C Bath United F.C
In the case of Kaven Williams, Colis Duke and Livingston Clarke (Molineux F.C) and Arthur Boston (C.C.C Bath United F.C), the players have been found guilty of violation of Rule 10 of the SKNFA Rules and Regulations.
As a result, the above named players have been suspended from their club’s next two (2) consecutive matches of the SKNFA Division I League with immediate effect.
