CHARLESTOWN,Nevis,April 9, 2014 - Deon Walters and Gavin Herbert who have pleaded not guilty to possession of guns and ammunition will be tried on April 29th, 2014.
Walters and Gavin were not represented when they appeared in court on Tuesday. They were given time to seek legal representation. The two gentlemen allegedly committed the offence on 27th December 2013 within the vicinity of Cedar Trees.
Walters was allegedly found with a 3.7 auto pistol and ammunition while Herbert was allegedly found with a 3.8 super titan pistol and ammunition.
