    ARRESTS

     

     
    BASSETERRE St. Kitts, April 21st, 2014 - Felix Hughes of McKnight was formally arrested and charged for the offence of Robbery, which was committed on 13th April 2014 at Mc Knight.
     
    Michael Harris of The Alley, Sandy Point was formally arrested and charged for the offence of Aggravated Assault, which was committed on 5th April 2014. 

    COURT CONVICTIONS
     
    District "A" Magistrate's Court
     
    Ikimba Daniel of Boyd's Village was convicted for the offence of Possession of Cannabis, which was committed on 30th July 2012. and fined $3000.00 which is to be paid in one (1) month or in default will serve six (6) months in prison.
     
    Vincent Bodkin of Pitcairn Street was convicted for the offence of Possession of Cocaine With Intent To Supply, which was committed on 19th February 2014, and fined $5000.00 which is to be paid in one (1) month or in default will serve six (6) months in prison.
     
    Amos Mc Intosh of Newton Ground was convicted for the offence of Wounding, which was committed on 24th January 2014, and placed on bond to keep the peace for one (1) year and ordered to pay compensation to the victim $500.00 within one (1) month or in default will serve one (1) month in prison.
     
    Virgil Gumbs of Parray's Village was convicted for the offence of Indecent Language, which was committed on 3rd February 2014, and fined $500.00 which is to be paid in seven (7) days or in default will serve one (1) month in prison.
     

    District "C" Magistrate's Court
     
    Robelto Omor Hendrickson of Zion Village, Gingerland was convicted for the offence of Larceny, which was committed on 1st January 2014 at Dong Fang Supermarket, and fined $800.00 which is to be paid in one (1) month or in default will serve one (1) month in prison.
     
    Jason Campbell of Upper Prince Williams Street was convicted for the offence of Insulting Language, which was committed on 21st March 2014 at Charlestown, and fined $500.00 which is to be paid in three (3) months or in default will serve one (1) month in prison with hard labour.
     
    Javier Charles of Bath Village was convicted for the offence of Larceny, which was committed on 16th March 2014 at Pinney's Beach, and ordered to pay compensation of $700.00 to the victim within one (1) month or in default will serve twelve (12) months in prison with hard labour.
     
    Nozron Elliott of Nisbett Settlement was convicted for the offence of Driving Without Due Care and Attention, which was committed on 13th February 2014 at Cotton Ground, and fiend $800.00 which is to be paid in two (2) months or in default will serve one (1) month in prison.
     

    Nevis Circuit Court
     
    Akeem Foster of Craddock Road was convicted for the offence of Burglary which was committed on 2nd August 2012, and sentenced to ten (10) years in prison, which is to run consecutively with current the sentence he is serving for offence of Burglary.
     
    Dwight Richards of Stoney Grove was convicted for the offence of Violating his Bond by being convicted for Possession of Cannabis, and sentenced to two (2) years in prison with hard labour.
     
    Zandy Collins of Cole Hill was convicted for two (2) counts of Unlawful Carnal Knowledge which committed on 3rd and 5th April 2013, and sentenced to Twelve (12) in prison, but, had his sentence suspended. However, he was ordered to perform community service of four (4) hours per day for five (5) days per week for a period of twelve (12) months, if he breaks his bond, he will serve eighteen (18) months in prison.
