May 27th, 2014 -- This Thursday, May 29, the United Progressive Party will outline our visionary plan for the next five years of development and social progress with the launch of our 2014 Manifesto, "The People's Charter: Parthway to the New Society".
Hosted by the Hon. Dr. W. Baldwin Spencer, Prime Minister and Political Leader of the UPP, this showcase event will take place in the Lord Nelson Ballroom at the Sandals Grande Resort and Spa.
"The People's Charter: Parthway to the New Society" is a roadmap for the future for our country; a collection of polices which herald a new chapter in our country’s trajectory and constitute a testament to the potential that Antigua and Barbuda can aspire to achieve.
"The People's Charter: Parthway to the New Society" is the product of considerable consideration and work on the part of policy experts and Minsters. The Prime Minster has overseen the entire process, and the resulting document represents a bold vision for the future of our economy, governance and society.
The Prime Minster was the first to receive the final printed document, and copies will be available in the coming days.
