    ARRESTS

     

    BASSETERRE St. Kitts, August 29th, 2014  --  Marlon Davis of Lower Monkey Hill was formally arrested and charged for the offences of Possession of Cannabis and Possession of Cannabis With Intent To Supply, which were committed on 21st  August 2014 at Lower Monkey Hill.

    Tamba Williams of Lower Monkey Hill was formally arrested and charged for the offences of Possession of Cannabis and two (2) counts of Possession With Intent To Supply, which were committed on 21st August 2014 at Lower Monkey Hill.

    Oliver Weeks and Clifford Sheriff of Lower Monkey Hill were formally arrested and charged for the offence of Possession of Cannabis With Intent To Supply, which was committed on 21st August 2014.

    Terrance Jeffers of New Road was formally arrested and charged for the offence of Obstruction, which was committed on 21st August 2014.

    Kadin Jeffers of New Road Housing Project was formally arrested and charged for the offence of Using A Motor Cycle When He Was Not Covered By Insurance, which was committed on 16th August 2014.

    COURT CONVICTIONS

    District "A" Magistrate Court

    Ardington Syder of Fort Thomas Road was convicted for the offence of Obstruction, which was committed on 31st January 2014 at Liverpool Row, and placed on a bond of $1000.00 to keep the peace and be of good behaviour for a period of twelve (12) months.

    Shakeem Cranston of Upper College Street was convicted for the offence of Aggravated Assault which was committed on 10th August 2014 and Simple Wounding which was committed on 12th August 2014, and fined $500.00 for each offence which are  to be paid in three (3) months or n default serve one (1) month in prison for each offence.
