BASSETERRE, St. Kitts - The Royal St. Christopher and Nevis Police Force is currently investigating a shooting incident which took earlier today (1 September 2014) resulting in one person being hospitalised. Kirk Hendrickson sustained injuries while sitting inside of his vehicle. Police are also investigating a report of gunfire in the St. Johnston Village area. This has not been confirmed as no one has come forward with information to support the report.
Anyone having information are asked to contact the nearest police station, Crime Stoppers at 1-800-8477(TIPS) or the Violent Crimes Unit at 465-2241. Remember, you do not have to provide your personal information and you maybe eligible to receive a reward.
