September 9, 2014 - The Ministry of Health and Social Development is notifying the residents of Virgin Gorda that the venue has been changed for the community meeting on Chickungunya and dengue fever to be held tomorrow September 10. The meeting will now be held at the Catholic Community Centre at 7pm and not at the Ashford Walters Community Centre as was previously announced. Please note that the venue for the second meeting remains unchanged and will be held on Thursday September 11 at the North Sound Methodist Church Hall at 7:00 p.m.
The public is encouraged to attend the meetings as effective strategies for reducing the threat of chickungunya and dengue fever will be discussed.
