Galaxy Real Estate said the ground breaking ceremony for the US$40 million Heldens Estate Condo Resort & Residences will start at 10.30 a.m.
Heldens Estate Condo Resort & Residences will be built on an 8-acre development which will involve spending over US$40 million in putting together a development which accommodates tourism in condominium development, hotel facilities and the recreational activities which go with this type of development such as beach facilities, swimming pools, bars and related amenities.
The project will involve in its formative and construction stages a number of persons from the immediate area, but particularly of the entire island.
