Royal Caribbean/Celebrity cruise official congratulates St. Kitts

    BASSETERRE, ST. KITTS, SEPTEMBER 23 2014 (CUOPM)   - A major cruise ship company is congratulating St. Kitts for reaching one million cruise guests in history.

     

    “The Royal Caribbean family would like to express our most sincere and heartfelt congratulations to the people of St. Kitts for reaching one million cruise guests for the first time in their history,” said Director of Government Relations for Royal Caribbean International and Celebrity Cruises, Federico Gonzalez-Denton.

    “Clearly this memorable milestone would not have occurred without the friendly smiles and hard work of the Kittitians themselves, the unique and breathtaking beauty of the island, and the positive cruise initiatives and policies established by the Government,” Gonzalez-Denton said.

    He added that Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. feels extremely proud of its contribution to this historic achievement.

    Royal Caribbean ships with St. Kitts’ Port Zante on its itinerary are 2,500 passenger Jewel of the Seas, the 2,500 passenger Brilliance of the Seas, the 3,838-passenger Adventure of the Seas; the 4,370-passenger Independence of the Seas; the 4,905 passenger Quantum of the Seas and the 2,074-passenger Legend of the Seas.

    Celebrity ships that will grace Port Zante are the 2,450-passenger Celebrity Summit, the 3,030-passenger Celebrity Refection, the 2,850-passenger Celebrity Equinox, the 3,145 passenger Celebrity Silhouette and the 2,850-passenger Celebrity Eclipse;
