Local Domino's Pizza General Manager Wins Rolex Challenge.

    Basseterre St. Kitts September 25, 20124 - Arthur Martin, Domino's Pizza St. Kitts operations manager was recently awarded a Rolex Watch for winning the Rolex Challenge and was also the runner up as the Region's Manager of the Year. The accolades happened at the World Wide Rally in Las Vegas attended by over 6000 Domino's owners and managers from around the world. Mr Martin was presented his watch at an awards ceremony by CEO Patrick Doyle and head of the International Division Richard Allison.  He was shortly after recognized as the runner up for the Regional Manager of the Year for Latin America, South America, Caribbean, Canada, Alaska, and Hawaii.  (Hawaii ultimately won)

     

    "Mr. Martin is so deserving of these awards. His constant drive for providing exceptional customer service and positive leadership made him the logical choice for this recognition and helped him hit and exceed his targets. " said John Caputo of Domino's Pizza. "His efforts and that of his team certainly do not go unnoticed and we are very proud of the St. Kitts Domino's Pizza team as a whole" he continued to say. 
     
    When asked how he felt about the awards, Arthur responded; "I was really excited when i first heard about the Rolex challenge. I told myself WOW i have always heard about the world famous Rolex Watch but i did not believe I would ever own one until now.  I am a person who loves a challenge because it brings out the best in me and gives me a chance to show what i am capable of. Further more i was never promised or given anything in the past for my performance, ability or achievements.
     
    When i heard that i had won the Rolex i really did not leap with joy in the air. I quietly felt that emotional sense of achievement, of accomplishment and of satisfaction of finally being seen and appreciated for my contribution. 
     
    I wish to thank all the team members who helped to make this possible. Thru training and support, Dominos Pizza International  motivated me even more with their guidance & continuous show of appreciation and encouragement week after week.  Our sites are set on not being the runner up this year but for me to become the International Manager of the Year and so far my team is off to a great start."
