Basseterre, St. Kitts, October 1st 2014 - St. Kitts and Nevis local party extraordinaire and up and coming female promoter of Diamond and Pearls Inc., Miss Altonia Springer is pleased to announce her fifth birthday party bash and gala. The highly anticipated social event is celebrating the life of the party enthusiast and in so doing using the opportunity to entertain the party people of the federation. Miss Springer also sees her birthday bash as an opportunity to bring Kittitians and Nevisians together and it is for this reason she hopes to raise some funds from the event that will go towards the Nevis based organization that offers free screening for early detection of prostate cancer. Prostate cancer is one of the leading causes of death in men over 48 in the federation and can also affect men as early as 40 years old. Miss Springer hopes her contribution will aid in providing transportation for men in St. Kitts to attend.
The prostate screening clinic is held annually on the second Saturday in January and is by Dr. Dwayne Thwaites and his team of volunteer oncology specialists supported by local volunteers and medical students from the medical schools in St Kitts and Nevis. Nurse Jessica Scarborough heads the volunteer hospital assistants. Funding for the clinic is secured by generous donations and coordinated by Leonora Walwyn, local Solicitor.

Fire works, fire performance, modeling and a surprise act will form part of the Saturday nights events which will be hosted at The Bar and Lounge and Karma respectively located at the Sugars complex, Frigate Bay. The event will include a VVIP section, a VIP section and a General section, which are priced at $175.00, $125.00 and $30.00 respectively. There will lots of prizes to be given away including to the best dressed female, best dressed male and a raffle of a Z10 Blackberry compliments LIME. Patrons are asked to utilize the dress code colors of green, blue, pink and white. The event is expected to start on time at 7pm on Saturday October 4th 2014. See you there!
