BASSETEERE St Kitts - A resident of the College Street Ghaut area has been shot and killed in a second morning shooting of the week.
Details of the incident are still sketchy at this point but this publication understands that it occurred just after 8:00am today (Oct. 23) at the bottom end of Westbourn Ghaut near the Public Market.
This is the Federation's 14th homicide for the year.
