Conversations for Progress in Nevis “an informative and exciting session”

    CHARLESTOWN, NEVIS, OCTOBER 30TH 2014 (CUOPM) – The history-making Nevisian Parliamentarian, the Hon. Patrice Nisbett is hailing Wednesday Night’s Federal-Government-sponsored “Conversations for Progress” as “an informative and exciting session.”

     

    “What a night. What a night! We are ready to move forward. No stopping us now. We are ready Nevis 9-11 we are definitely ready!” Mr. Nisbett posted on his FaceBook Page Thursday morning.
     
    Mr. Nisbett, the Federal Minister of Foreign Affairs, Homeland Security, Labour, Justice and Legal Affairs thanked the Prime Minister of the Federation of St. Kitts and Nevis, the Right Hon. Dr. Denzil Douglas; Dr. Kelvin Daly, President of the Clarence Fitzroy Bryant College (CFBC) and moderator, Ms. Eboni Brandon “for an informative and exciting session.”
     
    “We look forward for part 2 very shortly,” wrote Minister Nisbett, who also expressed thanks to “all who came out to the conversation last evening.”
     
    “Special thanks to all Nevisians who attended the event or listened or watch via the media, to the good people of Nevis 11 and the strong leadership of the Nevis Reformation Party, Hon. Joseph Parry, Hon. Robelto Hector, Hon. Carlisle E Powell, Mr. Cory “Masablue” Tyson. Special thanks also go out to Konris G. Maynard and Dr. Vance Gilbert, the comrades from the St. Kitts-Nevis Labour Party for your continued support,” said Minister Nisbett, who made history by being the first Nevisian Attorney General since Independence.
     
    Mr. Nisbett, also the first Nevisian Minister of Foreign Affairs and the First Nevisian to address a General Assembly of the United Nations in New York also thanked the persons in the Diaspora “for always keeping in tuned with the happenings in Queen City.”
     
    “As we move forward, I will never go back on my words Service, Leadership, Performance. Always remember ‘Performance Matters.’
