    COURT CONVICTIONS

     

    District "A" Magistrate's Court
     
    Shavaughn Hendricks of Lime Kiln Housing Project was convicted for the offences of Possession of Firearm and Possession of Ammunitions which were committed on 12th October 2014, and sentenced to twelve (12) months in prison for each offence which are to run concurrently.
     
    Deshea Prentice of Basseterre was convicted for the offence of Larceny which was committed on 23rd July 2014, and sentenced to four (4) months in prison with hard labour.
     
    Trevor Hector of Market Street was convicted for the offence of Larceny which was committed between 23rd and 24th September 2014, and sentenced to twelve (12) months in prison with hard labour.
     
    Garfield Chapman of Buckley's Estate was convicted for the offence of Cultivation of Cannabis which was committed on 18th December 2012 at Buckley's, and fined $6000.00 which is to be paid in one (1) month or in default will serve twelve (12) months in prison with hard labour.
     

    District "C" Magistrate's Court
     
    Trishma Collins of Cole Hill was convicted for the offence of Driving Without A Valid or Unexpired Driver's Licence which was committed on 17th October 2014, and fined $5000.00 which is to be paid in three (3) months or in default will serve three (3) months in prison.
     
    Kenneth Thompson of Stoney Grove was convicted for the offences of Possession of Cannabis With Intent To Supply and Importation of Cannabis which were committed on 9th February 2014, and fined $5000.00 for Possession With Intent To Supply which is to be paid in six (6) months or in default will serve twelve (12) months in prison and $5000.00 for the offence of Importation of Cannabis which is to be paid in twelve (12) months or in default will serve twelve (12) months in prison.
     
    Taj Taylor of Meades Pasture was convicted for the offences of Driving Without Relevant Motor Vehicle Licence, Driving Without Due Care and Attention, and Driving Without Insurance which were committed on 25th July 2014, and fined $500.00 for each offence which are to be paid in three (3) months or in default will serve one (1) month in prison for each offence.
