A training workshop was held for members of the Parole Board, the Parole Secretary, and staff at the Ministry of Health and Social Development from November 3 - 7, 2014. This training was facilitated by Oral Hearing Chairperson at the Parole Board for England and Wales Ms. Kay Fielding. The workshop topics included: Role of the Parole Board and Parole Secretary, Overview of the Criminal Justice System, Decision Making and Risk Management, Content of a Dossier, and Informing the Public and Managing Reactions to Decisions.
