BASSETERRE, St. Kitts – THE Royal St. Christopher and Nevis Police Force is making investigations to determine whether anyone is liable for the death of a one-month-old child of Tabernacle.
SKNVibes understands that the child, Ke’Zion Joel O’Loughlin, died on Wednesday morning (Dec. 10).
Information reaching this publication suggests that the child’s mother took him to the Tabernacle Health Centre on that day and he died while waiting to see a medical practitioner.
It was further suggested that the cereal or porridge the child was being fed might have been too thick for his intake.
SKNVibes understands that an autopsy was performed on the baby boy’s remains by resident pathologist Dr. Adrian Nunez who concluded that death was as a result of asphyxia.
The authorities are making inquiries into the circumstances which may have led to baby O’Loughlin’s death.
