    ARREST

     

    Germa Browne of Conaree Village was formally arrested and charged for the offence of Possession of Cannabis, which was committed on 9th December 2014.

     

    COURT CONVICTIONS

     

    District "B" Magistrate Court

     

    Keston Matthew of Saddlers was convicted for the offence of Possession of Cannabis, which was committed on 16th May 2014 at Saddlers Village and was fined $1500.00 to be piad by 19th December 2014 or in default serve one month imprisonment.

     

    Dwight Dore of Sandy Point was convicted for the offence of Wounding, which was committed on 4th July 2014 at Sandy Point and was placed on a bond for a period of six (6) months in the sum of $2000.000 to keep the peace and be of good behaviour. Any breach of condition, he would be brought back to court and forfeited.

     

    Eldon Liburd of Molyneaux Village was convicted for the offence of Driving Without Due Care and Attention, which was committed on 19th December 2014 or in default serve two (2) weeks imprisonment.

     

    Charlise Liburd of Upper Market Street was formally arrested and charged for the offence of Resisting Arrest and Battery on Police, which was committed on 8th December 2014 at Newtown Bay Road.

     

    District "A" Magistrate Court

     

    Navian Ebanks, a native of Jamaica was convicted for the offence of Procuring A St. Kitts and Nevis  Passport, Impersonation and False Representation of a St. Kitts and Nevis Passport, which were committed on 29th November 2014 and sentenced to three (3) months imprisonment with hard labour.

     

    A juvenile was convicted for the offence of Possession of Firearm and Ammunition and was placed on a bond to keep the peace and be of good behaviour for two (2) years or in default serve six (6) months imprisonment. If the fine is paid in the allotted time no criminal record to be recorded.
