BASSETERRE St. Kitts, January 13th, 2015 -- Consistent with our goal in working to create a strong community through partnership, The St. Kitts Electricity Company Ltd (SKELEC) once again embarked on helping others in a tangible way this holiday season by distributing food hampers to Institutions, Individuals and Families.
On Friday 19th December, 2014, Management visited the Cardin Home and presented a food hamper consisting of basic staples to that institution. The St. Christopher Children’s Home was given a turkey.
SKELEC also brought a measure of good cheer and happiness to a worker at the C.A.P. Southwell Industrial Site when members of staff surprised Ms. Janielle Willett of Electron Ltd by presenting her with a food hamper.
We at SKELEC value the contributions our senior citizens continue to make in our communities. In recognition of this and as a token of our appreciation, Mr. Cyril Webster (Puntan), an outstanding member of the Mc. Knight Community was presented with a food hamper.
SKELEC strives to extend warmth and caring to families in every community that we serve. In the true spirit of the season, a contingent of enthusiastic staff members from the Customer Service and Administration Divisions presented food hampers to deserving families in the Mc. Knight, St. Peters and Stone Fort Communities.
