By: Terresa McCall, SKNVibes.com

BASSETERRE, St. Kitts – The injunction that was granted by the High Court on Friday (Jan. 16) to prevent use of the Boundaries Commission Report for the purpose of making a proclamation was discharged today (Jan. 27).

Her Ladyship Justice Marlene Carter is however deliberating on whether or not she should grant another injunction requested by the Opposition signalling or because of their intention to appeal her decision.
