ARREST
Joseph Hanley alias "Limes" and Milton Phipps alias "Shoeshine" both of Basseterre were formally arrested, charged and cautioned for the offences of conducting themselves in an Idle and Disorderly Manner, which was committed on 5th April, 2015.
Both Hanley and Phipps were bailed to appear at the Basseterre Magistrate Court on Monday 11 may 2015.
Livio Aponte was formally arrested, charged and cautioned for the offence of Battery on police and Resisting Arrest, which was committed on 5th April 2015 at Banana Bay Frigate Bay.
Aponte was bailed to appear at the Basseterre Magistrate’s Court on Monday 11 May 2015.
