BASSETERRE St. Kitts, June 29th, 2015 -- The directors of the St. Kitts Nevis Anguilla Trading and Development Company Limited (TDC) are pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Don Boncamper as a director of several subsidiary companies of the TDC Group, effective June 15th 2015.
Mr. Boncamper, who in 2014, was appointed to serve in the same capacity for several other Group companies will now join the Boards of Directors of the St. Kitts-Nevis Finance Company Limited (FINCO), St. Kitts-Nevis Insurance Company Limited (SNIC), SNIC (Nevis) Limited, TDC Airline Services Limited, TDC Airlines Services (Nevis) Limited, and TDC Tours Limited.
He has previously held a number of senior management positions within the Group, having served as the General Manager of the Business Equipment, Home Centre, and Automotive departments. He now heads the Strategic Planning and Research Department.
Don, has a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of the West Indies.
The Board of Directors congratulates Mr. Boncamper on these recent appointments and wishes him every success, as he continues to work towards achieving the company’s goals.
