July 23, 2015 -- Caribbean Gospel Buzz (CGB) magazine has taken its partnership with the Jamaica Cultural Development Commission (JCDC) to the next level.
CGB will sponsor the full cost of an album for the winner of the JCDC Gospel Song competition as well as a single and trophy for the People’s Choice Award winner.
“CGB is proud to be associated with this competition which has been running for decades and is contributing to the development of gospel music in Jamaica. CGB has as its mission the progression and promotion of Gospel music in Jamaica and the wider Caribbean. We believe our sponsorship will help to fulfill that mission while at the same time helping to launch the career of the competition’s winner,” said CEO Stanley Edwards.

CGB is looking forward to the grand finals on August 2, 2015 at the Ranny Williams Entertainment Center to present these awards. Caribbean Gospel Buzz is designed to highlight, promote and elevate gospel music and artists in the Caribbean on the international scene through timely and relevant media content. Gospel Buzz currently operates a Facebook page (www.facebook.com/Gospelbuzz) with articles on gospel artists from around the region including an Artist of the Month feature. CGB will be launching its website shortly as well as the printed paper which will be distributed across Jamaica and the wider Caribbean.
