Pastor Clive Clement Saunders is the founding Pastor of the Unique Touch Christian Centre located in Romney Ground,Sandy Point, St. Kitts. Under his dynamic leadership, Unique Touch Christian Centre has grown exponentially since itsinception and had become one of the fastest growing churches in St. Kitts. Unique Touch Christian Centre is a 12-year oldcongregation with over 120 members and 13 active ministries.
The young powerful Pastor, Preacher, Teacher and leader is able to build bridges and reach across generations, gender,race, culture and ethnicity that changes, rebuilds and restores lives. Parents and youth in search of the partnerships insteadof persecution, guidance instead of guilt, and opportunity instead of opposition often join after just one visit. According toPastor Saunders, people frequent Unique Touch Christian Centre because they feel the warmth and love upon entering thechurch doors. The church stresses kinship over membership. Pastor Saunders maintains that members are not joining the church- they are joining the family.
Although only 38, pastor Saunders has achieved much. He is the Founder and Director of SOS- Save Our Sons BoysHome in Cleverly Hill, Sandy Point, St. Kitts for the past ten years. Save Our Sons is a residential treatment home for troubledboys. Pastor Saunders believes that love and discipline in a controlled environment is the key to changing destructivebehavior. SOS provides care for young men who currently need a change in environment. SOS is responsible for the basicnecessities of food, shelter and clothing for those young men as well as responsibility of molding the character of each ofour residents. Pastor Saunders states that “No boy will ever be denied because of his family’s financial circumstances.”
He’s the Director of Boys Of Standard the only male gospel singing group in the Town of Sandy Point. Pastor Saundersis also the Group Scout Leader for the Sandy Point Scout group, Newton Ground Scout Group, and Verchilds HighSchool Scout Group. He also works as a Guidance Counselor at the Verchilds High School for the past ten years. He is apopular Radio Host on Dominion Radio 91.5 FM on Saturdays from 11:00 am to 12:30 pm. The name of his radio programis Youth Rap. Many lives are touched by the life changing, inspirational, uplifting, saving and spirit filled messageof the gospel.
Pastor Clive Saunders also founded the Splash Down Barbershop, where he encourage and train young men to use theirskills to operate their own business.
