St.Pauls Community Poised To Make History as the Tuff Knots Crush Defending Champions Exodus in SKNABA Final Four Opener

By: SKNABA, Press Release

Basketball City, St.Kitts (August 16th 2015):- St.Pauls Tuff Knots are certainly Back and Back with a vengeance. The former SKNABA Champions were non-existent just two seasons ago when they were relegated to the “A” division and then a season where the team did not participate in the league at all. However last season they came roaring back as the dominated the “A” Division and now find themselves on the verge of reaching the SKNABA Finals and making it a clean sweep for the Community and making history with Championships wins in both Football and Basketball.

The Tuff Knots totally dominated the game with the usually poised and controlled Exodus playing with no life and excitement and seemingly out of whack. St.Pauls’ Noshorn Maynard along with brother Noren dominated the inside with Clayton “Claybo” Powell seemingly no match for the usually effective and dominating brother duo of Taslyn Belboda and Javal Hodge.

Even with the big man Noshorn Maynard fouling out late in the 3rd quarter the Tuff Knots remained dominant and finished with a surprisingly comfortable double digit win over the defending champions. It was Exodus first loss in two seasons.

St.Pauls Tuff Knots and the St.Pauls Community will be seeking to make local sports history by being the first Community to win both National Basketball and Football Titles in the same season.

Game 2 in the series tipped off on Sunday evening but after a 10 minutes of play the game was stopped due to rain and is scheduled to continue on Tuesday August 19th at Basketball City.
