By: Terresa McCall, SKNVibes.com

BASSETERRE, St. Kitts – THE remains of a human being was discovered today (Sept. 21) in the South East Peninsula and the Royal St. Christopher and Nevis Police Force is reportedly investigating the find.

SKNVibes received reports this afternoon suggesting sometime earlier today a body was found somewhere in that area and the authorities were called in to investigate. Further information suggested that skeletal remains may have been discovered.

Press and Public Relations Officer of the Police Force, Inspector Lyndon David confirmed to this publication that “human remains” were discovered at the South East Peninsula.

David said he was not in a position to give any more information but advised that tests, “forensic included”, would be conducted on the remains with a view of ascertaining to whom they belong.

    Investigations are ongoing.
