By: JamKit, Press Release

Basseterre, St Kitts; 9 December 2015: On Saturday, 5 December 2015, the Members of the Jamaican Kittitian (JamKit) Association, the Association of Jamaicans and friends of Jamaicans living in the Federation of St Kitts & Nevis, paused to share comradery with fellow Caribbean Nationals in its JamKit Non-Nationals Domino Tournament which has been held every two years since 2009.  The Tournament was held for the third consecutive occasion at Golf Course Snackette (Ezee Eats-Indian's place) on Wellington Road, Basseterre.

The JamKit Non-Nationals Domino Tournament 2015 was a resound success with high spirits, in more ways than one, notwithstanding the many challenges and the late start. The JamKit Association defending champions did not make it to the Event, however the 2015 champions are another pair representing the JamKit Association designated J3, Winston Belle and Brian Pemberton who were of course the Most Valuable Players (MVPs) for the JamKit Association's Team! MVPs for the Guyanese Team were tied in 2nd place with MVPs for the Team representing Dominica, the former being Orin Lewis and Tony (Buffy) James designated as G1 and the latter being Garfield (Ras Garbo) Trotman and Marc Williams designated as D1.  The 3rd points level also saw a tie with partners representing JamKit Association, Carol (Zastro) Raymore and Daniel (Snake) Vitalo designated J1; and the pair designated D2 representing Dominica, Anthony Powell and Elvis Norford.

Congratulations to all participants in the 2015 edition of this JamKit Association Event, the brainchild of the Vice President of the Association, Leartize (Lee) Graham.

Special thanks extended to major sponsors - Elco Ltd and Forum Deco;  sponsors since inception in 2009 - Ram's Trading Limited, Warner's One Stop, Carib Brewery St Kitts & Nevis Limited, and Digicel;  sponsor since 2011 - Golf Course Snackette (Ezee Eats-Indian'place);  first time sponsors Junie's Shop (Mansion), St Kitts Bottling and Temptations Duty Free (airport).

See you all in 2017 for another exciting edition of this JamKit Association Event!

    “One Love”
