Hosted by the Virgin Islands Student Government Association Queen’s Committee in collaboration with the Student Activities Department, the University of the Virgin Islands Ambassador Competition was held last night (Mar. 26) at the Reichhold Center for the Arts on St. Thomas.

This year’s competition, the 36th, was held under the theme ‘We are Historically American, Uniquely Caribbean and Globally Interactive as Miss UVI 2016 resents Broadway in Paradise’.

In addition to taking the coveted title, Warner carted off the awards for Best Evening Wear, Best Ambassadorial Presentation and Miss Eloquent Intellectual Speaker.
