BASSETERRE, St. Kitts – FOR the third time in her 17-year employ at Kajola-Kristada Limited, Roxanne Hodge will have her name added to the establishment’s Wall of Fame.
Hodge’s name will once again be on that wall because she was adjudged the establishment’s Employee of the Month for March 2016, thus gaining her third certificate of recognition.
SKNVibes caught up with the seemingly bashful but bright-smiling Newton Ground resident, who explained that she did nothing out of the ordinary in her regular consistent presence and work ethic to earn the monthly award.
“I didn’t do anything extra because I do put out my best all the time. Every day I come to work I do a little bit better and better every day.”
The Notching Department employee was described by her supervisor Beulah Sutton-Belle as being a “good and hardworking staff”.
Among the criteria for judging the Employee of the Month are knowledge of the job, quality, attire, versatility, punctuality, attendance and team building.
Hodge opined that Kajola-Kristada is one of the few that has separated itself from many other business entities in St. Kitts and Nevis by continuing to encourage its employees in a tangible way to boost production.
“I find working with this company as an excellent and exciting opportunity,” she added.
