June 20th, 2016 -- The Hero Caribbean Premier League (CPL) are delighted to announce that the Ticket Offices at Barbados Tridents CPL Office in Kensington Oval, Bridgetown will open tomorrow.

The Ticket Offices will be open for business from Monday to Saturday during normal working hours (9am-6pm) to enable fans to physically buy their tickets in advance for the biggest party in sport this summer.

Supporters can already buy tickets online at www.cplt20.com and are urged to buy in advance to avoid disappointment.

The Tridents will be aiming to lift their second CPL title this year, having won previously in 2014, and will face Jamaica Tallawahs in their first home fixture on Monday, 11 July in a mix of day and night games between 11 - 17 July.

Former India international Robin Singh, Head Coach of Barbados Tridents, said: “We are hugely excited about the forthcoming CPL and the squad have stepped up their preparations for what we know is going to be a competitive team.

“The CPL is all about momentum, about building on each game and when it comes to your home leg of matches, you have to be clinical and make home advantage count. The Kensington Oval is a terrific stadium and the atmosphere that a full house generates can be really intimidating for opposition teams.

“There’s something special about Barbados. The people are passionate, knowledgeable and incredibly loyal and we’re going to work as hard as we can to give them a team that they can be proud of. We are counting on a big home support to drive us forward this year and I know how excited each of the players are to represent the Tridents.”

Tridents captain Kieron Pollard added: “The reception we receive yearly, drives our team. In this, Barbados' 50th year of independence, we are using this moment to drive us and bring more joy to our fans.”

Barbados Tridents Home Fixtures (all times local): 11 July – Jamaica Tallawahs (8pm), 13 July – St. Kitts & Nevis Patriots (8pm), 16 July – Trinbago Knight Riders (12 Midday), 17 July – St. Lucia Zouks (7pm).

Barbados Tridents Squad: Kieron Pollard, AB de Villiers, Shoaib Malik, Nicholas Pooran, Ravi Rampaul, David Wiese, Robin Peterson, Raymon Reifer, Ashley Nurse, Wayne Parnell, Akeal Hosein, Imran Khan, Kyle Hope, Navin Stewart, Kyle Corbin, Steven Taylor, Shemar Springer
