Basseterre, St. Kitts, August 11, 2016, (RSCNPF): Below is a report of Arrest, Convictions and other activities recorded by the Royal St. Christopher and Nevis Police Force for the period August 10.
ARREST AND BAIL:
Arrested: Vere Harvey of Saddlers was arrested, formally charged and cautioned for the following traffic offences: Driving without insurance, driving without license, driving an unlicensed vehicle and leaving the traffic accident scene.
Arrested: Trevan Buchanan of Crab hill Sandy Point was arrested, formally charged and cautioned for the offence of Threatening Language which was committed on August 3rd, 2016.
Bailed: Shaquille Francis of Lime Kiln who was arrested for the offence of possession of cannabis was granted bail by His Honour Mr. Benjamin in his own recognizance for his appearance at Basseterre Magistrate Court on the September 5th, 2016.
COURT CONVICTIONS:
None to report
OTHER ACTIVITY:
Building Breaking and Larceny: Police is investigating a breaking and larceny at Jaro Electronics at the Paul Southwell Industrial Site. Inquiries revealed that the building was secured at about 6.00pm on August 9TH and at about 6.45am on August 10th it was discovered that the building broken into, offices ransacked, several lockers damaged and two monitors, and a number of items were stolen. The investigation is ongoing.
Traffic Accident: There were two (2) traffic accidents on the federation’s roadways in St. Kitts during the period of the report.
