Dedicated Associates’ Annual Award Ceremony
Frigate Bay, St. Kitts. December 5, 2016. ~ The dedicated Associates of the Royal Group of Companies St. Kitts, who have gone the extra mile for guests, customers and their colleagues have received special recognition from the Executive Management during the Company’s Annual Associates’ Awards Ceremony.
The Associates Awards have several categories aimed at celebrating and honoring Associates (staff) who have been nominated by their Managers in their various departments across the Company. The nominees all exceeded expectations in delivery of their duties as well as providing high quality service to guests.
The Awards run across all departments and subsidiary companies individually. However, Associates are further recognized as overall Associate of the Year, Supervisor of the Year, Assistant Manager of the Year and Manager of the Year.
This year’s event, held at the St. Kitts Marriott, was well attended by over one hundred and forty (140) Associates and Management staff. The Royal Group of Companies currently employs approximately two hundred and thirty (230) Associates.

Mrs. Jawole Davis, Director of Human Resource for the Group of Companies, encouraged Associates “to be more proactive in your personal and professional development in 2017 by taking advantage of the training facilities provided and the health and wellness initiatives that are to come on stream”.
President of the Casino, Mr. Ugo Gagliardi, thanked all Associates for their hard work during the year and congratulated winners on their remarkable achievement. He also stated that “the winners of these Awards should be seen by all as Ambassadors of the Group who have worked hard and passionately and with dedication to ensure our guests receive the best of what we offer”. He challenged all to strive for better in the New Year.
