BASSETERRE, St. Kitts – AS the nation prepares to celebrate the Christmas and Carnival Season and law enforcement agencies are employing measures for their protection against criminal elements, another man was reportedly shot and is being treated at the hospital.
Information reaching this publication, which was confirmed by the police, states that Ronel Warner of Mansion Village was shot today (Dec. 15) in Molineaux Village.
According to a police communiqué, the incident occurred at shortly after 1:00 p.m.
It also stated that investigations revealed that Warner was shot to the chest and was transported to the JNF General Hospital.
Investigators from the Violent Crimes Unit, officers from ‘B’ Division and technicians from the Forensic Services Unit have reportedly canvassed the scene for items of evidential value.
Investigations are ongoing.
