The Eastern Caribbean Securities Regulatory Commission wishes to advise the public of the following change in the Register of Licensees:
Effective 20 December 2016 – Representative Licence Number KN-RR-0006-02 granted to Mrs Lisa Jones-Herbert, who was accredited to The Bank of Nevis Ltd, is hereby revoked.
This revocation is pursuant to Sections 65 (1) (f) of the Securities Act Chapter S13 of Anguilla; Sections 66 (1) (f) of the Securities Act No. 14 of 2001 of Antigua and Barbuda; Sections 66 (1) (f) of the Securities Act No. 21 of 2001 of the Commonwealth of Dominica; Sections 66 (1) (f) of the Securities Act No. 23 of 2001 of Grenada; Sections 66 (1) (f) of the Securities Act Chapter 11.01 of Montserrat; Sections 66 (1) (f) of the Securities Act Chapter 21.16 of St Kitts and Nevis; Sections 66 (1) (f) of the Securities Act Chapter 12.18 of Saint Lucia; and Sections 66 (1) (f) of the Securities Act Chapter 261 of St Vincent and the Grenadines.
Mrs Jones-Herbert has ceased to carry on the business of a Representative in the Eastern Caribbean Securities Market.
