Park Hyatt St. Kitts partners with Yu Lounge to deliver ultra-luxury service to visitors

By: Park Hyatt St. Kitts, Press Release

ST. KITTS – January 19, 2017 – Both highly revered through their brands for delivering unmatched five-star hospitality to their guests around the world, two luxury service giants, Park Hyatt St. Kitts Christophe Harbour and the Yu Lounge, have united to significantly raise the bar on the arrival and departure experiences for guests in the Federation of St. Kitts & Nevis.

Park Hyatt St. Kitts, the inaugural Park Hyatt resort in the Caribbean region, is set to make its highly anticipated debut in the Summer of 2017. The breathtaking 126 room resort that arcs Banana Bay on the secluded South East Peninsula, is well poised to introduce a signature, unparalleled Park Hyatt luxury experience, with uncompromising standards of intuitive, personalized service to discerning leisure and incentive travelers.

The lavish Yu Lounge, a state of the art, VVIP terminal that has been operating at the RLB International Airport in St. Kitts for several years, provides first-class airport experiences for commercial flight and private jet passengers. Yu Lounge clients are typically met on the tarmac by Porsche Cayennes and smoothly transferred to the private lounge to enjoy champagne and canapés, while Yu Lounge staff handle their baggage collection, customs, and immigration procedures.

Delighted with the agreement between Park Hyatt St Kitts Christophe Harbour and the Yu Lounge, Julian Moore, general manager of Park Hyatt St. Kitts commented:

“From the moment of arrival on the island, it is important to us that every intricate detail of our guests’ experience in St. Kitts & Nevis delivers the luxury, convenience and warm hospitality to which they are accustomed. Our agreement with Yu Lounge makes this possible as our guests will have the option of an exclusive, personal and hassle-free arrival and departure experience which is focused on quality service and individual attention for every guest.”

As an addition to the classic Yu Lounge passenger arrival process, Park Hyatt guests will be warmly welcomed by a resort representative at the lounge before they are whisked away to the stunning resort. There they will be personally greeted by the General Manager himself, or one of his most senior managers before they are escorted to their elegant room or suite.
