We regret to announce the dead of Lloyd Edward Powell formally of Charlestown, Nevis, but who resided at New Road Housing Project in St. Kitts.

He was former Superintendent of Prison and Assistance Commissioner of Police in the Royal St. Christopher and Nevis Police Force.
