Sydney Walton Carty also known as Sydney Vanlow of Main Street, Middle Island, died on Thursday, October 18th at the age of 74 yrs.
He leaves two sons: Oral Carty and Rodney Winston Carty in New York.
Seven daughters: Patrisha Lambert in St. Maarten; Vernice Carty; Sonia Samuel in Canada; Sharon Bermester in Washington; Daun Rice in Florida; Gretchel Carty in New York; and Lioni Crawford in St. Thomas.
One brother: Francis Carty in England.
Two sisters: Bailey Bassue in Canada and Rita Cannings in England.
Sixteen grand-children: Jeneice and Oren Carty; Dennison Dickenson; Brent and Rosy Carty; Tina Lambert; Paul and Katlyn Bermester; Christopher and Beatrice Samuel; Lion, Christopher and Jerimiah Rice; Sanita, Ashley and Oren Carty.
Two daughters-in-law: Jenifer and Angela Carty.
Three sons-in-law: Remy Lambert; Gavin Samuel; and Bob Bermester.
